SALARY RANGES ARE DETERMINED CONSIDERING WORK EXPERIENCE, ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERTISE, AMERICAN ACCENT AND PROMOTION
SALARIES START FROM $1500 AND INCREASE TO $1900 FOLLOWING THE FIRST PROMOTION AND $2300 AFTER THE SECOND PROMOTION.

USD $1500, 1900 and 2300 EQUAL TO (AFG 80000, 100000, and 120000) SALARY PER MONTH FROM WHICH 24% WILL BE DEDUCTED AS INCOME TAX, SERVICE TAX,
GENERAL SALES TAX, ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES AND CAPITAL TAX.
1_ 5 years experience in teaching and translation.
2_ extremely strong American Accent is strictly required.
3_ This is a permanent open ended contract which can be nullified and cancelled by prior notification at least 1 month is required for prior notification.
4_ Salary is determined $1500 to 1600 equal to 80000 and increases after each promotion and promotion is given every 2 to 3 years.
5_ Salary is expected to increase after consideration of activities.
6_ Contract will be signed and ratified as permanent, but can be cancelled at any time by employee and employer conditioned on 1 month prior notification.
7_ Ability to teach 9 hours per day is required.
8_ Ability to teach 6 to 10 AM and 1 to 6 PM.
9_ 3 to 4 HOURS break time for training, lunch, and prayer.
10_No permission is granted to work anywhere else during the break.
11_Supposed to have good commands of Dari speaking, writing, and reading.
