Intercommunity and Justice Assembly (IJA) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, and independent organization which is established in Kabul and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.
IJA is working in the field of Human rights, Youth capacity building, and women empowerment. 
Taking into consideration the challenging environment, numerous obstacles in the social development, saving youth and women in Afghanistan; IJA Board of Management took this initiative to establish the Civil Society Organization which aims to take part in the development of civilization of Afghanistan and provides safe environment for Afghan women and youth.
The main objective of the IJA is grouping youth in order to advocate human rights voluntarily. As well as consulting and delivering solutions for decreasing (poverty in the society, violence against women) and supporting to promote civil societies in the Afghanistan.
